The way we eat is changing—again. From the industrial revolution's rise of restaurants to the vending machine, from gastro pubs to Grubhub, the ways in which we access food are ceaselessly evolving. As are the ways in which we interact with each other both in person and online. It's a different type of community, one that will mandate a different type of eating. In a video posted on the The Verge last month, some of the possibilities are illustrated from lab grown meat to the increased consumption of insects. The possibilities are myriad. But the question remains: what is the future of how we eat?
